[DUPLICATE] Abundance the resto druid talent is not working correctly!

Bug description: in these 2 videos you can see me cast Healing touch with 0-2 stacks of abundance and 8-10, there is no difference in casting speed even at 10 stack when it should be 100% cast time reduction. it even feels like at 2 stacks it's casting faster than 10 stacks. it was working very well before someone fake reported that it is bugged and you nerfed it. https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Druid-Restoration-PvP-Abundance-vs-Healing-Touch-exploit-t573859.html this is not correct!
