[DUPLICATE] Ally of the Netherwing

Bug description: hi . ive done quests before this quest and when i get this one the dragon didnt carry me to quest report place , he locked on chain again and there is no quest for me anymore !!! i tried to do the quest before this one again but that ones gone too .i cant do anything now . what should i do ??? pls help me !!!!
my character is human paladin ( orginal ) .
Proof: you can see that in my quest log that there is no quest named Ally of the Netherwing and karynaku doesnt have any quest for me !!
