Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Rating gain on win is totally broken.

If the MMR and team/personal rating difference is bigger than 500 points then the player should get around 198 points for a win (ie a new team with 0-0 should get 198 points almost up to 1k team/personal rating. Then if the difference is 500-200 players should gain 40-100 points per win.
A totally fair win (both teams with 1500 personal,1500 teamrating, 1500MMR) should get 15 points for a win and the other team should lose 15 points for the lose.


Dovada / Proof: not sure how should I screencap this, but you can easily check it in game

I'd be very happy if you could fix this, because it helps players to raise their teams even to 1500 if not to 2.7k, also let's say you go for prestige. A team with 2.4k rating on a 45-0 stat is much more sexy than a 2.4k team with 200-8
