[DUPLICATE] Artefact Knowledge Npc got bugged

Bug description: The Paladin NPC thats supposed to do the artefact research (where u get 1 lvl every 4 days) doesnt have the option to do so only gives me the book for 1k order resources that gets u up to lvl 10 im currently at lvl 15 and have no way of proggressing

lol.. for me it is reveresed.. i cant research the first 15 levels with 500 order resourse.. and im stuck at lvl 1 and i can only research the ones which require 4-5 days

have this problem too and other twink ( Touchoflife, Blackrabbit ) cant research the first 15 levels with 500 order resourse...
