[DUPLICATE] [Artifact] [Class Hall] Knowledge is power quest bugged on all my toons on account

Bug description: On all my toons on account, I cant complete Knowledge is power even though I have Sufficient order resources and the quest is not in my quest log. I have deleted my cache twice. Opened a ticket in game, they said i had to make a post on the forum. I have included screenshots from my druid. I can provide from other characters if necessary.

edit - monk is working, DK, Druid, and pally still aren't
