Bug description: I have an [Artifact Research Notes] and when i click it nothing happens, is that some kind only at me or do y all have the same problem ?
Proof: [ Cant proof insted of a SS, but i think that wont help cause not even a cast bar apears.]

I have the same problem. I got 2 up to lvl 25 notes but when I click them nothing happens, so I'm stuck at lvl 16 right now.
