[DUPLICATE] Artifact traits

Bug description: After you upgrade your artifact 3 times the 4th upgrade won't give you HP. In this photo i am 49 traits ( https://gyazo.com/2be46b582f0bfaa9df2f305f585e1a96) i upgrade till i get 52 https://gyazo.com/5000f9d188c783a6fa8cd0579ff83609 and you notice my HP to be:232,323 after i upgrade to 53 my HP is the same https://gyazo.com/b4070f4840d329a508a07f4e536e4e39

Should work EVERY TRAIT, on tank's is same problem with dmg part to 0.50%.
