[DUPLICATE] [Azsuna] 3 quests shouldn't be apart of a chain quest

Bug description: The Quest 'A Rather Long Walk' @Lady Irisse NPC & The 2 quests 'The Magister of Mixology' & 'Presentation is Everything' @Magister Garuhod NPC , Those 3 quests should be available on their own and not apart of any chain quest , but the problem is the 3 quests won't be shown until the quest 'Our Very Bones' is completed .

Confirming this quest is still bugged as of 9-12-2017. Would like to add the 6 eyes of gilgamesh is also not guarenteed drop, Took me 2 tries to get it to drop.
