[DUPLICATE] Battle Pets received from other player via mail bug

Bug description: I recently received battle pets from a friend of mine who is a player in-game that sent them to me via the mail in-game, all of them are in pet cages and put in my bags, however, when i try to add them to my battle pet journal so i can use them, they never get added and they remain in the pet cage in my bag. Has anyone got a solution to this? Known bug? Will appreciate if the guys can have a look at this. Much appreciated.
