Bug description: The spell is not working as it should,as long the spell is active,it gives you your own dmg and debuff on u,if u use heartstrike u get some of the dmg on ur self and the full duration of the slow,this can be a big dissevantace for the moments when you have to run and you don't know why you are so slow,loow on the right part of the photos and you will see the debuff
