[DUPLICATE] Bloodsail rep trouble

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The problem is that this guy should be here, as he is the only one in the game that gives bloodsail reputation over Revered, and if you are not exalted, not even after completing quest [http://www.wowhead.com/quest=4621], he is your only chance to get to exalted. In my case, I would only need 30 rep to get to exalted, but this guy is not here, so I can't get to exalted.
Dovada / Proof: As you can see, Wowhead says he should be there, but he isnt there, not even according to the Freakz NPC finder.
