The problem is that http://www.wowhead.com/item=68780 ddint working!
As we all know for casters crit is 200% with that meta gem it must be 206%. And this bonus didnt working!
Heare the proofs and enebody can chek it!

thakns i didnt sow but theare author made a mistake not 203% but 206%! becouse crit is double
