[DUPLICATE] Can't complete some World Quest because even if i have the quest items, the counter is 0

Hi all.
For a few time since when World Quest have been fixed i could do them just fine but after i started having some issues.
I couldn't complete some world quests because the boss didn't drop me the item, i wasn't able to finish 2 quests where i had to just kill some adds.

Since yesterday i'm also having a different problem: i drop the quest items but even if i have them (as you can see from the image i posted on imgur) it still says 0/50 for manastalker tendrils and 0/10 for felsurger spider eggs (you can see them inside my inventory on the right side)

I did notice that it doesn't automatically track me the quest and the quest's area on the map like before

what i tried to do so far:
1)relog
2)delete cache folder
3)download an updated freakz launcher
4)switch on alts
5)unstuck (2 times)
6)log in from an other pc
7)server restarted many times since then but still i have the same problem

Apparently when i get in the zone of the quest, the quest doesn't start for me (it does for others).

This same thing happened for quests :"Wanted Sanaar", "WANTED:Broodmother Shu'malis", and others i forgot. Also when i logged back i lost my emissary quest nightfallen 1/4.
