[DUPLICATE] Cannot Join Order of the Cloud Serpent

Bug description: [Pandaria-The Jade Forest] Riding the Skies
After becoming exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent the final quest to obtain your mount "Riding the Skies" is impossible to turn in and complete. Once the quest is accepted, the screen will load and your character is automatically transported to an area containing Elder Anli and other Serpent Masters. In addition, you can see the cloud serpent of the color you chose in the very beginning of your quest line. There is no question mark to find where to turn it in, there is no person that you can click on to turn it in, also the cloud serpent simply fades away. This is a bugged quest when all I wish to do is collect the mount I've spent days trying to earn.
