yes, there is this tome that teaches you how to use the old dalaran portal and teleport, you have to clear the Scarlet Halls dungeon in order to click read the book, when i get to the last boss kill and loot him the game doesent let me read the book and lear the skill, the cogwheel appears but i cant interact with the item..
