Bug description: I used the item and it wasn't added to my mount collection, I made a topic here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/COMPLETED-Chauffeured-Chopper-t480512.html a GM restored the item and it still wasn't added to my collection after use. A GM in game told me he couldn't teach me the spell and directed me to post here

I am wondering if the tracking of my collected mounts being messed up could be causing it to not add new mounts to my collection

Only the achievement that rewards the mount was fixed. The mount is still bugged https://forum.wow-freakz.com/LIST-Bugged-Mounts-t477458.html

Yes, you need to create a request in the recovery section when it is fixed.
