Bug description: When Spirit Walk is active in order advancement tree you should be able to complete the quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44205&&name=shape-your-fate for one seal each week. This guy has no quest even tho i didn't do any quest for seals this week

Also keep in mind that you can only collect 3 seals per week, so you should place your work order for one before going to Dalaran and purchasing the rest.
