Bug description: Lashing scars conduit is not working at all ( the damage part) wich is a huge deal since its almost 600-700 dps loss (bis rogue conduit)

u can see the damage is literally the same the one with the conduit just did a bit more because it hits 4 times more from the other effect of the conduit

easy to reproduce just go on ptr and test it urself u will see it does 0 extra damage from the conduit
