Bug description: i can not convince warden alturas i am doing all the conversations i can with him and it doesnt complete it i just cant finish and get my warglaives that i want and i understood that the quest is wrong it gives me to enter the vault before i need to convince alturas

The quest should work, as it's a part of the Demon Hunter Artifact quest chain. Try abandoning and retaking the quest, and if that doesn't work try this solution
