Bug description: Breath of sindragosa sometimes consumes double runic power which makes it impossible to maintain for long as it is supposed to be, it's dks most important spell and has been bugged since the beginning , becomes useless in the next patch so can we have it fixed while is still relevant?

Tested it, sometimes takes 30 runic power, instead of the set 15. However, something is a bit strange, I spammed Empowered Rune Weapon (granting 25 runic power) using the GM cooldown command, and sometimes, while just spamming it to 100, I would get a short delay on the Breath consumption in terms of runic power, 1 second or so, after which it would take double the amount. So, might the visual just be bugged? Or maybe capping the Runic Power at the right time would bug out the breath 1 second consumption? These are merely my own observations, nothing might not be completely true. However, I can confirm that, sometimes, it takes double the amount.
