Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In specul Frost, Rune Tap nu funtioneaza, nu activeaza o runa asa cum ar trebui. Chiar daca este deja death rune, ar trebui sa o activeze.
Dovada / Proof: http://imgur.com/mAUO7Xx Ambele death runes au ramas in cooldown dupa ce am folosit blood tap.
