Bug description: Fel Rush has moments when it really lets me go through the air, even if I do not have a fly hack or anything else. If I again give Fel Rush or Vengeful Retreat while I'm in the air ... I can go back to the ground.
And all this skill still has a similar bug. When you give Fel Rush, you have the chance to get stuck in the air, just a short distance from the ground, and then you can not jump or double jump.
