Bug description: Dreadstalkers should instant jump staight to the target, but they just walk to him. At max range you loose 4 - 5 sec of the 12 sec because of this travel time, so it's a not negligible nerf. (it worked properly a few weeks ago)

Proof: Easy to check, bugged 100% of time
