Bug description: This item drops from a treasure chest in highmountain it's part of a chest hunt to assemble all 4 items from diffrent chests and get a toy that'll allow you to slow fall the the broken isles it really helps in navigating through those zones and the 3 other items alrdy drop the the chests

this is the chest that drop it and as you can see it says in the freaks object finder "Object isn't spawned anywhere"
