[DUPLICATE] Disappeared Sephuz's Secret

Bug description: I got Sephuz's Secret this afternoon in a M+ on my DK ( https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/felsong/fugulicious/feed ), and after logging in a few hours later, it was gone. I tried the recovery of missing items (both the one for disappeared items and the one for deleted items) but it is not there.
