[DUPLICATE] Draenor Tier 17 token disappears and doesn't give item.

Bug description: The token was spent and I didn't get the shoulders. I didn't get anything and the item disappeared afterwards.
I am a ret paladin so I assume the item I should have gotten was item id 115565. http://www.wowhead.com/item=115565/pauldrons-of-guiding-light&bonus=567
I don't know if the bug also happens with all the other pieces and at other difficulties (normal, heroic).
