[DUPLICATE] Dragon Soul missing loot chests

Bug description: In Dragon Soul the chests after the Ultraxion, Spine of Deathwing and Madness of Deathwing fail to spawn so you get no loot from those encounters. In Ultraxion's case the chest does spawn sometimes(I think only on normal), but you can click on it. Since people(who can one shot Ultraxion because of the other bug) are running the instance for transmogs could you fix at least the Madness chest since the others don't really have that many transmog items that are worth farming?
Proof: Ran Dragon Soul several times both on heroic and normal. all of them had loot except these 3 encounters.
