Bug description: There were 2 bug reports on this previously, both marked as fixed. Until the latest restart the talent was completely broken and now the talent only activates for Rip and Rake bleeds.Thrash and Artifact ability bleeds should also reset the CD on tiger's fury.

Yes i am completely aware of the current issue after today's hotfix restart, if you would've checked the trello card that is been used for this matter you would know already about the new issues with the spell, and that is still been worked on.
