[DUPLICATE] [Druid][Feral][Talent] Force of Nature

Bug description: Feral's one still with wrong tooltip and still not working as intended.
Just tested it on dummy and on actual person. Probably i am blind. No Rake-s. Damage dealt is not even shown(even in combat log).
