Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Stiu ca este deja un topic facut si confirmat insa acela se refera doar la partea de proc. Talentul e buguit si la partea de mana return la replenishment. Da 25 mana pe secunda timp de 15 secunde adica 375 mana la 15 sec,dar in tooltip scrie 1% la 10 secunde adica 1200 mana/10sec (pt. cineva cu basemana de 120k). 25mana per sec dadea in LK cu basemana de 11k.

According to the link and screenshot u gave u should get 128 per tick ...thats basicly 1% from that ammount of mana,it should and does scale with intellect procks and such..but counting its current condition it is useless in anyway.
