Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Fungal growth SLOW DOES NOT WORK on players (the graphic is there but there is no effect)

Dear Devs, this bug exists since 4.3 and is a huge problem for Boomkin in PvP and a fix would be really appreciated.

Yes. This is a major bug for blance PVP. There is a topic about the Wild Mushrooms but i don't undestand if it refers to the same bug.

Talentul Fugnal Growth nu merge decat in PVE. In PvP detonezi ciupercile(si ai si puncte in talent) si nu se intampla nimic, doar apare zona si atat.

Edit 1: The talent Fugnal Growth only works properly in PVE. In PvP when you detonate the mushrooms (considering you have points in the talent) nothing happens*, only the stain appears, wich is smaller than the actual aoe of the spell .

*These couple of days i saw that the enemy takes the debuff after ~14 s.

Asta e cel mai mare bug negativ din cele ramase, adica practic specul asta nici nu se poate juca fara slow ca nu are altceva defensiv decat clone si roots instant, in rest doar sta si incaseaza damage.
