[DUPLICATE] [Dungeon Finder] Queue system

Bug description: RDF seems to not properly form groups to enter RDF dungeons. The reason I say this, is because made a small test with my brother (so we could observe the behavior) when we both queue (he as tank / dps) and me (heal / dps). We both ended in the queue but nothing popped.

Instead we observe the following:
me: 0 tank / 1 heal / 3 DPS
he: 1 tank / 0 heal / 3 DPS

Clearly the system should move someone to complete a group so the RDF can actually start... instead ot does nothing.
