Bug description: Today we tried to do NL 12 and when we were fighting Naraxas' some trash or idk what to call spawned. I have never seen this mobs there before and i think it is some kind of bug. Please check it out. Thanks

To the actual topic:
I also saw Elerethe (raidboss from emerald nightmare) appear during Naraxas fight occasionally and several other NPC that most often just die 1 hit.
It's just annoying if such a huge creature joins the fight and destroys your key.
