[DUPLICATE] Echoes of war upgrade bug

Bug description: When used on any upgraded trash items, the heroic version will be 0/4 by default, when it should keep the upgrades made with valor.

As you can see, my cloak is 4/4 upgraded

After upgrade it became 0/4, which shouldn't happen, it should maintain its upgrade.

"If you upgrade the non-heroic item with valor does the heroic version maintain +8 ilvls after it is obtained?"
"It keeps the valor upgrade, but looses any gems an enchants on it."
