Character name: Girlgoat
Bug description: Sometimes when Lava Surge procs, the cooldown of the Lava burst is not reset, there is a buff on the top right that says it did proc, the button on the action bar lights up, and there is the usual fire effect on the screen, but the lava bursts is still on cooldown and is gray

Are you sure that you don't have the "Control of Lava" pvp talent because that talent increases lava burst damage but it takes your ability to cast lava instantly away

I believe this problem appears when lava surge proc when you are already casting lava burst. When you finish cast, lava burst goes on 8s cooldown but you still have surge proc active.
