[DUPLICATE] Emissary Quest - Bug ; doesn't show up

Bug description: NO emmissary quests. as I have read the rules and description "how emissary quests" do work, I'm not receiving them from like 2-3 days already. as it is stated, I should be able yo get one emissary quest each day etc. They do not appear. The last emissary quest I remember that appeared for was "valarjar" and I've already have heard that "most" of people had new emissary quests in azsuna etc.
