[DUPLICATE] Eye of azhara (heroic mode)

Bug description: Eye Of Azshara (Dungeon)
Proof: the instance does not work properly
- Parjesh: the enemies that invokes the boss do not move
- Lady: There are no mounds of Earth where to mitigate Static Nova ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=193597 (wowhead link) )
- Serpentix: the boss is not buried and out another location at any time
the snakes that come out with the boss should go out one by one, and are out before the meeting
- King Deepbeard: practically the boss does not work well with no skill
There are some invisible adds that should not be in this position
- Wrath of Azshara: the boss cannot be attack you until 4 enemies around has not been defeated
the boss not should with all health, only 1/4
