[DUPLICATE] Fire mage new traits bugged for some reason ?

Bug description: Finished the quest but my new traits didn't appear in fire spec. I did the quest for all 3 specs but i realised in the end that my fire traits didnt activate. Can you reset the quest for me or fix it in some way ? I really want to hit concordance on that spec too. Down are 2 pics showing that i have done the scenario : Frost mage has concordance unlocked. Fire mage completed the quest but didnt receive the traits. I can't retake the quest. Tried to delete cache as well to fix it(Didn't work).

If your quest is completed, equip your artifact weapon that did not get upgraded and relog.
