[DUPLICATE] Freakz voting sites bug

Bug description: Lately it seems that when i vote on freakz website it doesn't count, if the first website GTOP100 https://gtop100.com/topsites/World-of-Warcraft/sitedetails/WoWFreakz-Legion-and-Instant-90-MoP-47682?vote=1&&pingUsername= saize i already voted on it, even if freakz website saize i can vote. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. It happened in the past too, but not often, somtimes i voted continuously for an hour or 2 till it saize is good, sometimes it counted only when GTOP100 said i could vote. I have cleared all history on web browser, and i showed u addons for browser. A day before worked, voted 2 times, today didn't worked voted 1 time. Please fix it, thank you.
