[DUPLICATE] Frenzyheart NPCs not attackable

Bug description:

This bug has been fixed once in principle! But when I wanted to do it, I didn't know the same problem as it used to be!

These npc are not attackable. Trying to attack them displays "Invalid target". The checkbox "at war" with Frenzyheart Tribe is checked, so that is not the problem.
This problem makes quests:

impossible to complete. Also, that dragon next to warlord Tartek is not attackable as well.
