Bug description: Speaking with the NPC doesnt trigger the "0/1 Speak with Lasan Skyhorn" - Following him into Highmountain doesn't help, no trigger.

The problem is that this and another quest, which i make another bug report for, are needed for finishing Highmountain questline.
Can't do other stuff because Scouting map ain't work.
