Bug description: Currently the Valarjar Mystic's in Halls of Valor are not casting https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198931 (wowhead link) at all. Their Holy Radiance is also currently healing the entire party and all the mobs around them.

Not sure if this happens on all difficulties as I've only tested this on normal.

It should not heal you but it doesn't have Healing Light on Mythic.

"On Mythic Difficulty, the Valarjar Mystic's single-target Healing Light spell is replaced with Holy Radiance."

Your "here" link takes me no where, although I would imagine it's the post for Legion dungeon bugs. I honestly don't feel like anyone even reads that. By the way you also get healed on Heroic by Holy Radiance and I was saying they don't have Healing Light on >Normal< which they should.
