Bug description: Dire Beast sometimes doesn't reduce the CD of Bestial Wrath when you have Fast Time buff on Elisandre's fight.

dont post these things related to boss here, this is for CLASSES not BOSSES, do the difference, and you already posted a similar bug reprot, which i told i have move to PVE section
