Bug description: the NPC is inactive. I try to speak to him but nothing happens.

"Check for the Image of Mimiron NPC at the base of the bottom of the ramp to the Dalaran portal in Trueshot Lodge once you hit 110. You must speak to him first, going through a few dialogue options, before the quest will appear.

You will not see a quest marker when he first appears in your Hall, you must talk to him to trigger it."

yes, NPC Mimitron is inactive and does not give quest for "essence swapper" ((( if its hard to fix NPC then easiest way to fix this will be to give hunters "essence swapper" when they complete artifact quest on level 100. and for those who already are 110 just send by mail.

This is known as not working, it is part of the classhall campain wich is not implemented
