Bug description: The recipes are not dropping https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=104415&&name=chronomatic-anomaly as its missing from his loot table
Proof: http://www.wowhead.com/item=139643/vantus-rune-technique-chronomatic-anomaly should drop with 19%chance .

Can confirm. Been farming those for half an hour, none dropped, then did the whole dungeon with a group, and again nothing dropped.

Can confirm that. Bosses in The Nighthold dont drop vantus runes and all vantus runes effect dont work.
