Bug description: Trinket isn't proccing while a feral druid will choose Incarnation talent which replaces your berserk with an improved one. It is working on retail but with a bit lower RPPM proc chance.
Regular RPPM for feral is : 6.72, while for Incarnation it is: 3.70

Easy to test by yourself if you have the trinket.
