[DUPLICATE] [Item] Hellblazing Reins of the Brimstone Wrathsteed

Bug description: Calydus in The Dreadscar Rift will not produce the vendor option to purchase Hellblazing Reins of the Brimstone Wrathsteed.
I've researched and attemped to purchase this mount for days. I have the other 2 mounts. I have the achievements. I've done many restarts, I've tried different specs, I've kept Calydus off missions, I've activated and deactivated him on the mission board. I've cleared cache and disabled addons.
