Bug description: I cannot see the mastery stat, i tried deleting the cache folder and waited for server restart, but that didn't do it, i only see it if i put the item in chat and click on it, like in the picture below, or i can see it in reforge but i cannot reforge it. Thanks in advance.

When you equip it and then remove it, it seems that one of the secondary stats just disappears from the item, as you can see from my screenshots, it's not just a visual bug, the stat actually disappears from the item. Relogging doesn't help either.
39,80% crit chance the first time I equip it.
39,10% crit chance the second time I equip it. (-0,70% crit chance stat change)
I assume that this isn't the only item that this happens to.
