[DUPLICATE] [Item][Rogue] Vault ticket not working

Bug description: I rightclick on the item and it doesn't do anything when it is supposed to give the q *A ticket for Marin*

I had the quest already when it got fixed so I completed the quest and now I can't right click the tickets to get the quest again, I did read somewhere that it might be a weekly quest but I sure hope it's not because I already have 8 vault tickets.
In addition to this, the quest simple completes giving some some gold and no choice of items. Completion of the quest should allow you to pick between a few items in the vault.

Same thing here, any1 know if i must complete quest to get those keys for subtlety rogue hidden apperance? Becouse i cant find those keys:/

I've been able to use the item today, which is after the weekly reset so I guess confirmed this is a weekly use item but we are still not getting the choice of between 3 items when completing the quest, we just got gold.
