[DUPLICATE] Legendary Item The Emperor's Capacitor Bug

Bug description: The legendary doesent work properly at times, especially when i am doing Raids,the stacks of Crackling Jade Lightning reset,randomly sometimes at 10 stacks,sometimes at 5 stacks, sometimes not. This happens mostly when i am doing Raids ! This could be something related with spells or sequences i am not sure myself. Ever since i have the full T21 set this happens.

I have same problem. It happens just in raids and stacks resets always when you reach 20 stacks and sometimes before 20 stacks.

Can't manage to replicate it. Tested on raid, dungeons and dummy and I got no stack reset. If you could post a video proof and also provide more info like talents, on what boss happens and other items used would be great.
